DIRECTION FOR FRYING: 1. Heat oil (approx. 1 inches) in pan until oil is VERY HOT or smoke starts to appear. 2. Drop 1 to 2 Fry and Pop pellets to hot oil. Pellets should start puffing and expand within 8 seconds. (If pelletes does not expands in 8 seconds, oil is NOT HOT enough. Repeat instructions #1.)
3. Strain immediately and drain off excess oil.
4. Fry a handful of pellets at a time.
5. Puffed pellets should be cooled for a few seconds to enjoy it crispiness.
